Cowgirl Harriers Head for Hawaii

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's women's cross country team will compete at the Big Wave Invitational, Saturday, Sept. 21 in Oahu, Hawaii. The Cowgirls are coming off of a second-place finish at the Wichita State Gold Classic.

Marie Nilsson, Ami Butler, Alexandra Lindquist, Sharalee Sparks and Catherine Clifford are among the Cowgirls set to compete in the meet, which will be hosted by the University of Hawaii. At the Wichita State Gold Classic in Augusta, Kan, held on Sept. 7, Nilsson finished second and Butler finished third.

Also competing at the Big Wave Invitational are UCLA, San Diego State, UNLV and Long Beach State.
