OSU Practice Update

Oklahoma State went through a two-hour workout Monday morning on Lewis Field but the practice was interrupted briefly by a thunderstorm.
The Cowboys took advantage of the 30-minute break to get their weight room work in before returning to Lewis Field to complete the practice. It was the first full-pad session of the preseason for OSU and head coach Les Miles said the conditions were less than favorable.
"Obviously it would have been better without the rain," said the Cowboys' second-year coach. "Having to stop a practice then come back doesn't do much for your tempo but we were able to finish the workout and get some things accomplished."
The Cowboys will continue workouts with a Monday afternoon session on the grass practice fields.
