OSU Schedules Northwestern State of Louisiana

The game is tentatively scheduled to start at 7 p.m., and is added to the schedule to replace the game with Northern Arizona that was not played this week after the tragic events on the east coast.
"We made every effort to reschedule the game with Northern Arizona, but it became virtually impossible," Phillips said. "The process became much more difficult because of the number of teams that are trying to find opponents for rescheduled games."
"It was extremely important to meet the expectations of our team, coaches, community and loyal supporters in securing and rescheduling a home game," he said.
The Demons of Northwestern State play in the Southland Conference and are currently 2-0 and ranked 24th in Division 1-AA. Tickets for the Northern Arizona game will be honored at the Sept. 29 game against Northwestern State.
