Cowgirls To Compete at UTA

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's women's track team will travel to Arlington, Texas this Saturday to compete in the UTA Open.
Siri Alfheim, Araceli Davila, and Sara Wells are all scheduled to run in the 1,500-meter at 2:20 p.m., while Sara Kofoed and Marie Nilsson are set to compete in the 800-meter at 5:20 p.m.
Wells and Alfheim both ran NCAA provisional qualifying times in the 5,000-meter last week at the Penn Relays. Wells is also an automatic qualifier in the 10,000-meter run.
Kofoed ran the 800-meter last weekend at the Sooner Invitational and posted a time of 2:16.19.
Alfheim, Davila, and Wells are scheduled to run at Stanford next weekend before the team travels to College Station, Texas for the Big 12 Championships May 17-20.
