Duff Sets a Personal Best in the Long Jump

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Oklahoma State's Stephani Duff set a personal best in the long jump on Friday. Her leap of 5.94 meters placed her ninth in the field.
Duff finished just a few millimeters behind Monique Peters of Kansas who also had a jump of 5.94 meters.
Chimika Carter of Texas A&M won with an automatic qualifying jump of 6.57 meters.
The Cowgirls have fallen to tenth in the team standings right behind Colorado. Texas A&M has taken over the overall lead, just four points ahead of Kansas State.
The Cowgirls still have the 800-meter and the 1,500-meter preliminaries this evening.
