STILLWATER, Okla. -- Brackets for the upcoming NCAA Wrestling Championships in Iowa City, Iowa, were released today with Oklahoma State's second-ranked wrestling team garnering two top seeds.
Mark Mu?oz and Reggie Wright wrapped up top seeds following the Big 12 Championships at 197 and 149 pounds, respectively.
Redshirt freshman Johnny Thompson is seeded second at 133 pounds, while Daniel Cormier is seeded third at 184 pounds and Tyrone Lewis is fourth at 174 pounds.
Eight of the 10 Cowboy qualifiers were awarded seeds with only freshman Chris Pendleton at 165 pounds and heavyweight James Huml entering the NCAAs without a seed.
Competition begins at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City, Iowa. Finals are set for Saturday at 12:30 p.m. and will be broadcast on ESPN2 at 5 p.m. CST.
