STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's women's cross country returns to action in a field that includes 14th-ranked Arkansas at the Chili Pepper in Fayetteville, Ark., on Sat., Oct. 13.
The Cowgirls finished second to 10th-ranked Georgetown at the Cowboy Jamboree in Stillwater, Okla., on Sept. 29. Siri Alfheim paced the Cowgirls by finishing third overall with a time of 17:32.
"The Cowboy Jamboree was a really good test to see how we stacked up against a top-10 team," Head Coach Catrina Acosta said. "Arkansas I believe is ranked 14th, and it will be a good chance to see how our girls rebound from adversity."
The Cowgirls are preparing for the Big 12 Championships on Oct. 27, in Norman, Okla. They will see two more conference rivals in Baylor and Missouri this weekend.
