Cowboys Draw Lehigh In First Round

University Park, Pa. -- Oklahoma State's top-ranked wrestling team will face Lehigh in the first round of the NWCA National Duals.
The 8-0 Cowboys will take the mat at 8 a.m. (CST) in the Bryce Jordan Center on the campus of Penn State University.
Lehigh enters the match with an 8-3 record on the season and ranked 18th in the latest Amateur Wrestling News.
Oklahoma State leads the all-time series 3-0, however, the two teams haven't met since 1989 when the Pokes won a 35-8 route in Stillwater. The Cowboys also own a 20-19 win in 1988 at Lehigh and a 23-13 win in 1986.
Lehigh boasts three wrestlers in AWN's top-10, including ninth-ranked Matt Goldstein (141), fourth-ranked Dave Esposito (149) and fourth-ranked Jon Trenge (197).
Esposito and Trenge provide a tough challenge for OSU's second-ranked Reggie Wright (149) and No. 2-ranked Mark Mu?oz (197). Wright and Esposito faced each other for third-place in last year's NCAA Championships, Esposito won a 11-6 decision.
The Pokes will wrestle their second-round of match at noon (CST) against either Montana State-Northern or eighth-ranked Arizona State.
