Cowboys Finish Regular Season At Michigan State

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's fourth-ranked wrestling team will travel to East Lansing, Mich., on Sunday for its final regular season dual at noon against the Michigan State Spartans at Jenison Field House.
John Smith's Cowboys are 12-4-1 on the season and 3-1-1 in the Big 12. Michigan State is 9-4-1 and 4-3-1 in the Big Ten.
Oklahoma State leads the all-time series 23-2-1 and have reeled off 18-straight victories over the Spartans. Michigan State's last win was a 21-10 triumph in East Lansing during the 1973-74 season.
Sunday's premier match up comes at the 197 pound weight class. MSU's No. 1 Nick Muzashvilli takes on OSU's No. 2 Mark Mu-oz. Muzashvilli is 26-1 on the season with his only loss being a 17-4 major decision to Nebraska's Brad Vering. Mu-oz is 29-2 on the season with two decisions over Vering.
At 133 pounds, MSU's No. 2 Pat McNamara takes on the Cowboy's seventh-ranked Charles Walker. MSU boasts six wrestlers ranked in the top 20 nationally, OSU has nine.
The Pokes will be idle following Sunday's dual until the Big 12 Championships on March 5, in Lincoln, Neb.
