STILLWATER, Okla. - Tony Lindsay netted over 200 yards total offense and Reggie White gained 117 yards on the ground as the White team defeated the Orange 22-17 in today's Oklahoma State football spring game.
Lindsay completed 11 of 21 passes for 182 yards; his top receiver was Cameron White, who gained 60 yards on four catches. Reggie White carried 29 times in topping the century mark; he also scored the white team's first touchdown.
For the Orange, B.J. Tiger completed five of 12 passes for 109 yards, including a 49-yard touchdown late in the game to John Lewis. Tiger also gained 64 yards on only seven rushes. He and backup quarterback Michael Cox each had Hail Mary shots at winning the game for the Orange team late, but both fell narrowly incomplete.
