Cowboys Heading to the Big Bear Invitational

STILLWATER, Okla. - The Oklahoma State men's track and field team will be heading to Springfield, Mo. Friday, March 27 to take part in the Big Bear Invitational.
The middle distances will be handled by indoor Big 12 1,000m champion, junior Brian Young and junior Tony Houchin, sophomores Chuck Sloan, Ben Phillips,David Greenshields and Aaron Hamburger, seniors Erik Framme and Mike Hanska.
The 3,000m duties will be taken care of by juniors Rene Carlsen, Nathaniel Lane, freshman Scott Gray and sophomore Chris Cummings.
Sophomore Steve Hardison will be vaulting on Saturday while Gitogo Churu will be attacking the steeplechase event.
Sophomore Lance Smith and freshman Clyde Ellis will be in charge of handling the sprint and jump events.
The Cowgirl's track and field team will be idle this weekend as they rest up and prepare themselves for the highly competitive Texas Relays next week.
