Todd Gerlt, a member of the Oklahoma State University sports medicine staff since July of 2007, serves as Assistant Director of Athletic Training.

Gerlt is responsible for the comprehensive healthcare of the OSU women’s soccer and women’s golf student athletes.

Prior to OSU, he served as an assistant athletic trainer at the University of Louisville in 2006. Before that, he held the same role at the University of Toledo from 2004-06.

A native of Versailles, Missouri, Gerlt is a two-time graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he earned a degree in English in 1999 and a master’s in education in 2004 while providing health care to the women’s soccer and men’s wrestling teams.

Gerlt is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainer’s Association and licensed as an athletic trainer by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision. He is also a member of the College Athletic Trainer’s Society (CATS).

Gerlt resides in Stillwater with his dog, Zoe.
