Ryan Ojeda

Ryan Ojeda was hired as an Oklahoma State assistant strength and condition coach in December of 2025.
A expert in speed, strength and agility training, Ojeda has worked with athletes from across the country who are involved in a wide variety of sports.
He came to OSU after working as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at North Texas for the 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Prior to that, he was the head strength coach at West Feliciana High School from 2021-23, earning NHSSCA Louisiana Strength Coach of the Year honors during his tenure. He also worked as a strenght coach at Athlos Academy Jefferson Parish from 2018-20 and at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 2017.
He entered the coaching field after a long, successful stint as the owner and operate of Ojeda Sports Performance in Texas and New Jersey. He founded the organization after gaining experience working with Tilton Fitness, Oceanside Wellness & Sport and Parisi Speed School.
A New Jersey native, Ojeda began his career as the assistant defensive coordinator at his high school alma mater, Holy Spirit High School, from 2003-04. Prior to that he played football and ran track at Colgate University, graduating in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in sociology.
He holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), USA Weightlifting, the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS).
Ojeda and his wife, Monique, have four children.
