Kevin Kilmer

Kevin Kilmer was hired as Oklahoma State's senior offensive analyst and assistant quarterbacks coach in December of 2025.
He joined the Cowboys from Angelo State, where he served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach from 2019-25. In each of his seasons on staff, the Rams have averaged over 30 points per game while ranking in the top five in scoring offense in the Lone Star Conference.
Prior to joining the Rams, Kilmer coached three seasons at Bowling Green University from 2016-18, when he served as the co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach.
Kilmer spent 2015 at Texas Tech as the offensive quality control coach, after previously serving as an offensive graduate assistant for the Red Raiders.

Kilmer, who graduated from Texas Tech with a bachelor’s degree in history in 2011 and a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies in 2015, had been at TTU since 2007. He began his coaching career as a student assistant under Mike Leach. He has also worked for Tommy Tuberville and Kliff Kingsbury.
The Red Raiders went to a bowl game in seven of nine seasons with Kilmer on the staff. During his time with the program, he coached the quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs. Besides working under the three Texas Tech head coaches, Kilmer also worked alongside Lincoln Riley and Neal Brown
