Jason Martinez

- Assistant Director of Player Personnel
Jason Martinez was hired as Oklahoma State's assistant director of player personnel in December of 2025.
He came to OSU from North Texas, where he had served since 2019. He was promoted to UNT's player personnel assistant in March 2024.

Prior to that Martinez worked in multiple capacities for the UNT program. He first joined as a recruiting intern for the 2019 and 2020 season. That included assistance with visits, scouting and administrative responsibilities.

In 2021, he served as an intern with the football video staff helping to film practices and games. He was elevated to assistant video coordinator for the 2022 season. He worked as a recruiting analyst during the 2023 season.
A native of Allen, Martinez graduated UNT in 2022.
