Dana Hatter serves as the Career Coach for student-athletes at Oklahoma State University, where her office functions as the dedicated career services resource for athletics. She began this role in August 2025 after spending 15 years at OSU as an English instructor and academic advisor. Dana brings extensive experience in pre-professional advising and school counseling.
She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education and an M.S. in Multicultural Education. Originally from Oklahoma, Dana is married to Tim Hatter, a high school coach. They have three grown children: Michael, Gwen, and Bethany. They are also the proud grandparents of Emma, Elliott and Christian.
