For many years he has been director of the coaching clinics at Roy Benson’s Nike Running Camps and co-authored with Benson the RRCA coaching Certification syllabus ... Served on the USATF Board of Directors from 1994-2001 ... The recipient of the 2002 USATF President’s Award ... Served as the Dean at the University of Idaho from 1967-68.
