2026 Outdoors
Once again wasted no time as he opened the outdoor season with a personal best of 45.82 in the 400 Meters at the Florida Relays, moving him up to fourth in program history outdoors… Set a new personal best in the 800 of 1:49.87 at the Oregon Team Invitational and was a member of the 4x400 Meter Relay squad that won the meet with a time of 3:06.01… The same squad broke the program record in the 4x400 Meter Relay as they won the Sooner Invitational with a time of 3:05.03… Earned All-Big 12 honors in the 400 Meters with his eighth-place finish at the conference meet… At the NCAA West First Round, the 4x400 Meter Relay squad again broke their own school record and qualified for the NCAA Championships with their time of 3:03.84… Competed at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 4x400 Meter Relay.
2026 Indoors
Started the indoor season with a meet victory in the 600 Yards with a personal-best time of 1:08.25 at the Thane Baker Invitational, the third-best mark in program history… Placed tenth overall in the 400 Meters with a personal best of 46.38 at the Razorback Invitational… Was a member of the Cowboy 4x400 Meter Relay squad that won the Arkansas Qualifier to wrap up the regular season… Earned a pair of All-Big 12 honors in the 400 Meters and 4x400 Meter Relay with fifth and fourth-place finishes, respectively… His time of 46.12 in the 400 was good for second in program history and the relay squad’s mark of 3:05.85 broke the previous school record set at the 2025 Big 12 Championships.
2025 Outdoors
Kicked off the outdoor campaign at the Florida Relays, clocking one of the fastest 4x400 Meter Relay times in program history in the prelims at 3:05.65… Helped the Cowboys score eight team points at the Oregon Team Invitational in the 400 Meters and 4x400 Meter Relay… Clocked a new PR in the 400 Meters of 46.88 at the Desert Heat Classic in Arizona… Ran another personal best in the 800 Meters with his time of 1:50.30 at the Arkansas Twilight… Earned his second career All-Big 12 honor in the 4x400 Meter Relay with the group’s fourth-place finish at the Big 12 Championships.
2025 Indoors
Opened his Cowboy career with the sixth-fastest 600 Meter time in program history with his time of 1:18.93 at the Arkansas Invitational… Finished as the runner-up at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational in the 600 Yards… Placed tenth at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in the 600 Yards with a personal-best mark of 1:09.39, which was sixth on OSU’s all-time list… Earned All-Big 12 honors as a member of the 4x400 Meter Relay squad.

Attended Round Rock HS in Round Rock, Texas… Lettered in track three years, placing fourth at the state meet in the 400 Meters… Was an AAU All-American in both the 400 and 800 Meters.
