2011 Outdoors: Set three personal bests while competing in four events during the regular season ... Set her personal best in the 1,500 meters with a 5:11.83 at the John Jacobs Invitational ... Notched a personal best in the 3,000 meters at the Tulsa Duals with a 10:42.96, breaking her old record by nearly 18 seconds ... Shaved nearly 50 seconds off her previous personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 18:29.14 at the John McDonnell Invitational.
2011 Indoors: Ran two events for the Cowgirls ... Finished 11th in the one mile run at the J.D. Martin Invitational with a time of 5:35.85 ... Completed the 3,000 meters in 10:54.77 at the Razorback Invitational to finish in 16th place.
2010 Cross Country: Finished in 21st place in the two mile run at the hurricane invitational with a time of 12:05 ... Placed 42nd in the Cowboy Jamboree, running the 6,000 meters in 23:40.78.
2010 Outdoors: Competed at one meet during the outdoor season, recording a 5:12.22 in the 1,500 meters at the Sooner Invitational.
2010 Indoors: Ran the 3,000 meters at the two meets in which she saw action, clocking a personal-best 11:01.34 at the Wichita State Invitational and a 12:05.73 at the Sooner Open.
2009 Cross Country: First-team Academic All-Big 12 performer ... Suited up for the Cowgirls at the Big 12 Championship, placing 93rd in 25:18 ... Was 171st at the 5,000 meter Cowboy Jamboree in 20:41 and was 147th at the Chile Pepper Festival in 23:42.
2009 Outdoors: Ran unattached in her only two races of the season, clocking a 12:01.13 in the 3,000 meters at the Sooner Invitational and a 19:19.52 in the 5,000 meters at the John Jacobs Invitational.
2009 Indoors: Ran in one race, posting a 11:22.33 in the 3,000 meters at the Sooner Open II.
2008 Cross Country: Ran a trio of races at three different distances, logging a 12:39 to place 19th at the two-mile Hurricane Cross Country Festival in Tulsa, a 20:39.30 to take 32nd at the 5,000-meter Missouri State Cross Country Festival and a 24:33 to finish 133rd at the 6,000-meter Cowboy Jamboree.
High School: Attended Tascosa HS in Amarillo, Texas, where she was coached by Jana Parsells ... Her 5:30.92 was good for a second-place finish in the 1,600 meters at the 2-5A meet her senior year ... Sixth-place finisher in the 3,200 meters at the district meet with a 13:32.23 ... Took fourth at the event her sophomore year ... Third-place finisher in the 1,600 meters at the region meet as a junior ... Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters at the Lubbock Invitational her senior year.
