Competes internationally for his native country of Israel… Ran at the European 2022 U23 Cross Country Championships, earning a sixth-place finish overall… Placed 29th at the 2024 European Athletics Championships in the 10,000 Meters… Is the Israeli U18 record holder in the 3,000 and 10,000 Meters and is the U16 national record holder in the 1,500, 2,000 and 3,000 Meters.

Competed three times during the outdoor season… Earned his NCAA Regional qualifying mark in the 10K at the Stanford Invitational with his time of 28:15.10… Placed ninth at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 10K.

Clocked a new personal best in the 5,000 Meters at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in Boston with his time of 14:04.60… Followed that performance with another PR in the 3,000 Meters of 7:59.07 at the Razorback Invitational… Competed at the Big 12 Championships in the 3,000 and 5,000 Meters.

Competed at the NCAA Midwest Regionals and NCAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-Region honors for the second consecutive season with his 12th-place finish at the regional meet… Placed 110th at the NCAA Championships, finishing as OSU’s fifth scorer on the day,

2024 Outdoors
Opened his freshman outdoor season with an incredible performance at the Stanford Invitational, clocking a lifetime best mark of 28:10.06 in the 10,000 Meters, which ranks fourth in program history… Placed third at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in the 10K for his first All-Big 12 honor… Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the 10K, punching his ticket to nationals with a tenth-place finish at the regional meet… Competed at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 Meters, finishing 22nd.

Debuted for the Cowboys at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships, placing 22nd overall with an 8K personal best of 23:34.2… Earned All-Region honors at the NCAA Midwest Regionals, finishing fifth on the way to helping the Cowboys break the meet record with just 19 points… Competed at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, finishing 50th overall as the Cowboys won their fifth NCAA team title.
