   Wes Ulm joined the Cowboy Baseball program in 2021 as its strength and conditioning and sports performance coach.
   Ulm spent the previous three seasons in a similar role for Oklahoma State’s softball team on coach Kenny Gajewski’s staff. Along with the strength and conditioning duties, Ulm also served as the Cowgirls’ director of operations duties in his first two seasons with the program.
   Prior to coming to OSU, Ulm spent three years as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Florida, where he helped the Gators win three SEC championships and the 2015 national title.
   He has also previously worked as a strength and conditioning intern at Mississippi State in 2014.
   Ulm graduated from Cincinnati in 2014 with a degree in health services and completed his master’s degree while working at Florida.
