Sports Medicine Student AidesAre you an undergraduate student interested in athletic training, physical therapy, or a career in sports medicine? Join the Oklahoma State University Football Sports Medicine team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic collegiate athletics environment.
This is a paid student position within the Athletics Department that offers real-world exposure, mentorship from certified athletic trainers, and valuable professional development for those pursuing careers in sports medicine.

As a Sports Medicine Aide, you’ll play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the athletic training room and practice field. Your responsibilities will include:
- Treatment & Maintenance: Assist with preventative care, basic first aid, and general training room duties
- Pre-Practice Prep: Help with set-up of practice medical stations and hydration stations, and athlete preventative taping.
- During Practice: Assist with hydration, assist with first aid, and alert staff to any injury concerns
- Post-Practice: Tear down, clean up, and assist with restocking supplies
