Information for Boone Pickens Stadium Emergencies

- Know current and forecasted weather conditions and Homeland Security Advisories.
- If traveling with family or friends you should pre-determine a location both inside and outside the stadium to meet in case you get separated or in the event of a stadium emergency.
- Upon arriving at your seat location, locate the nearest exit/emergency exit (then locate an alternate exit) in case of an emergency.
- Please remain in your vehicles if a severe thunderstorm occurs prior to the stadium gates being opened.
- Public service announcements will be made over the public address system and video boards with stadium emergency information.
- In most weather emergencies fans sitting in the seating bowl will be directed to the restrooms on the plaza and mezzanine levels and underneath the seating bowl. Suite and club seat patrons will be asked to move away from windows.
- If the game is delayed because of weather, the game will resume as soon as the weather passes. Please listen to the stadium public address system and the Cowboy Sports Network for weather updates during the delay.
- If local radio is available, keep tuned to KOSU-FM (91.7), KSPI-FM (93.7) and KSPI-AM (780) for weather details.
- In any stadium emergency, please remain calm, assist others and if necessary leave in an orderly fashion.
- Listen and follow instructions of game day event staff and emergency responders.
- The shuttle service will not operate during the weather delay.
- If you see suspicious or unusual behavior, please report it immediately to the police or game day event staff.
- Do not use elevators in the event of a fire.
- First-Aid Rooms are located on the plaza and mezzanine levels (southwest and northwest side) of Boone Pickens Stadium.
- If you leave the stadium, you will need your game ticket to reenter the stadium.

- The First-Aid Room is located on the south end of the concourse (Room #316).
- Public service announcements will be made over the public address system with arena emergency information.
- In any arena emergency, please remain calm, assist others and if necessary leave in an orderly fashion.

- Do not use elevators in the event of a fire.

- Upon arriving at your seat location, locate the nearest exit/emergency exit (then locate an alternate exit) in case of an emergency.
- If you see suspicious or unusual behavior, please report it immediately to the police or game day event staff.

- If the game is delayed because of weather, the game will resume as soon as the weather passes.
- Please remain in your vehicles if a severe thunderstorm (lightning, hail) occurs prior to stadium gates being opened.
- Please listen to the stadium public address system and local Stillwater radio stations for weather updates during the delay.

- Follow directions of game day staffing and emergency responders.
- If you leave the stadium, you will need your game ticket to reenter the stadium.
