2019-2020 Student All-Sports Pass FAQ:
· What is the difference in in a One Year All Sports Pass and a Multi-Year All Sports Pass?
The One Year All Sports Pass is only valid for the current school year. The Multi-Year All Sports Pass will automatically renew each year that you are enrolled at Oklahoma State. Payment for your Multi-Year All Sports Pass will be automatically withdrawn from your Bursar account in August prior to the upcoming season until you have finished at OSU.
· How do I purchase the Student All Sports Pass?
The All Sports Pass may be purchased online through your Student Account Manager at https://oss.ticketmaster.com/aps/osustudent/EN/buy/browse or in person at the Ticket Office located in Gallagher-Iba Arena, for OSU-Stillwater and NOC-Stillwater campus only. All other branch campuses must purchase by using the Branch Campus order form and returning it to the Ticket Office with a copy of your student ID and class schedule.
· What is my Account Number and PIN for my Account Manager online?
Your account number is 19 + your banner id. For example, if your Banner ID is 12345678, your account number will be 1912345678. If you forget your PIN, simply click "Forgot Your Password?" and the PIN will be emailed to you based on the email in our system. Branch Campus and Spouse/Dependent buyers must bring the appropriate order form and current student ID to the Northeast Ticket Office in Gallagher-Iba Arena.
· What will be the cost of the All Sports Pass?
The cost of the 2019 All Sports Pass will be $250.00 for all regular season home sporting events. ($10 Processing Fee Included). Students who purchase the Multi-Year Pass will be locked in at the $250 price for the duration of their enrollment at OSU.
· Can I opt-out of my Multi-Year All Sports Pass?
Once you have signed up for the multi-year all sports pass you will have to contact the Ticket Office if an issue arises.
· What sports are included with the All Sports Pass?
The All Sports Pass includes access to all regular season ticketed OSU Sports; Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Wrestling, Soccer, Baseball, Softball.
· Will I be required to purchase all sports?
Yes, the All Sports Pass includes all sports for the 2019-20 athletic season.
· How do I use my All Sports Pass?
Your tickets will be loaded on to your Student Ticket Account Manager. To access your tickets, login to your account manager, choose your event, and tap view barcode. You can scan your barcode from your phone at any stadium entrance. You will be emailed a notification when your barcode is viewable (within 24 hours of the beginning of an event).
· When is the All Sports Pass loaded on to my Student Ticket Account Manager?
Your All Sports Pass will be loaded on your Student Ticket Account Manager once verified for enrollment for Fall 2019.
· Will a Student ID work for the All Sports Pass?
No, your All Sports Pass will only be electronically loaded to your Student Ticket Account Manager to access from your mobile phone.
· I don’t have a smart phone. Is there another way to access my All Sports Pass?
Yes, an Activity Card can be issued for students who don’t have access to a smart phone. You can pick up your Activity Card at the ticket office located in Gallagher-Iba Arena. This card will gain access to all OSU regular season sporting events. Simply come to the GIA Ticket Office to purchase, or after purchasing, and we can issue an activity card at that time.
· Can I purchase the Student All Sports Pass on the telephone?
Yes, only if you are purchasing the one year all sports pass.
· When do I have to be enrolled to be eligible for the All Sports Pass?
You must be currently enrolled for the Fall 2019 semester. Your enrollment will be verified prior to the All Sports Pass being loaded on your student ticket account.
· Do I have to be present to purchase my All Sports Pass? Can I send my ID with someone else?
You don’t have to come in to the OSU Ticket Office. You can purchase the All Sports Pass online with your Banner log-in information. If you choose to purchase your All Sports Pass in person at the OSU Ticket Office, you will need to have your own student ID with you.
· Do I have to stand in line to purchase the All Sports Pass?
There may be a line but you may skip all lines by purchasing your All Sports Pass online at https://oss.ticketmaster.com/aps/osustudent/EN/buy/browse if you are a Fall 2019 enrollee for OSU-Stillwater or NOC-Stillwater.
· Will I be limited to using my bursar account to pay for the All Sports Pass?
For the One Year Pass, no, you have several payment options to pay for your All Sports Pass (Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Cash (in person)/Check (in person) /Bursar).
For the Multi-Year Pass, you may pay as you wish for year 1 but all years following will be automatically charged to your Bursar on or after August 1 of the upcoming year.
· Will there be 'reserved tickets' available for the All Sports Pass?
No, every All Sports Pass will be good for general admission seating on a first come, first serve basis. Student sections for Football and Men’s Basketball are indicated on the seating maps at okstate.com/tickets.
· How can I sit with my friends at the game?
All Sports Passes are general admission. Therefore, you may sit with any student(s) you choose within the student sections.
· May another OSU student use my All Sports Pass?
No, the All Sports Pass is non-transferable and is therefore unable to be passed along.
· May a non-OSU student use my All Sports Pass?
No, the All Sports Pass is non-transferable and is therefore unable to be passed along. However, if you purchase a Guest Pass, that may be given to anyone this is attending the event with you as your guest.
· Will there be a limit to the number of students allowed to attend an event other than men's basketball and football?
The athletic department reserves the right to limit the number of allowed to enter an athletic event if capacity becomes an issue. Students will be admitted on a first-come, first-serve basis if capacity is an issue.
