If you are a Business or Corporate Account, ownership of the tickets lie with the company and not the primary name on the account (unless he/she is the owner of said company).

All methods of ticket purchase access the same inventory of seats. There is no advantage to calling rather than ordering online or vice versa.
How do I get tickets to football road games?
Click on "Purchase Individual Road Game Tickets". Select the game you want to attend, the number of tickets needed for your party and payment will be taken at this point. All seats will be sold as "GA" seating at the time of purchase; however, actual seat assignments will be made at a later date when tickets are secured from the host school and will be mailed at least 2 weeks prior to the game.
Who needs a ticket for admission into a game?
For Football and Men's Basketball everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age. For all other regular season events those 2 and under will be allowed in for free.
When will my tickets be mailed out?
Season tickets will be mailed approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to the start of the season. Single game tickets for home events will be delivered electronically via email or text message within 1-2 business days after the purchase. Tickets can also be managed by logging into your account manager. If you have any concerns regarding your order, call or text the OSU Ticket Office at 877-255-4678.
What credit cards may I use to pay for my tickets?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted for internet, phone, and window ticket transactions.
Why are there processing fees for purchasing tickets?
Fees that patrons pay when purchasing season or single game tickets are used to assist the Athletics Department in the processing of ticket orders and online services. Fees help defray the cost of ticket delivery, online processing, credit card processing, phone charges, and printing. Currently the Athletics Department tries to cover approximately 50% of these costs through per-ticket fees and order charges.
What happens if my tickets are lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed?
If your tickets are lost, forgotten or destroyed, the Season Ticket Holder whose name is on account may request duplicate tickets for free. If tickets are stolen, please provide a police report and tickets will be duplicated at no charge. Please note that any duplicated ticket issued will supersede the original for seating in the venue. Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and escorted to the exit.
