Took first place at the OCU Open after a major decision in the first round and an 8-2 victory against fellow Cowboy Zach White in the championship match ... Finished second at the FHSU Open after logging four wins, including three major decisions ... Came in fifth at the Kaufman Brand Open behind a three-win effort ... Two of his three wins were major decisions including a 10-2 result in the fifth-place bout.
2009-10: Went 13-7 on the year with a 3-3 mark in duals ... Most impressive win was a 9-6 dual match triumph over Minnesota's Cody Yohn as part of the Cowboys' victory over the Golden Gophers in Stillwater ...
