2009 Indoors: Ran the mile in 4:26.85 at the J.D. Martin Invitational and recorded an 8:38.48 in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships.

2008 Outdoors: Ran the 10,000 meters in 32:29.65 at the Big 12 Championships to finish 14th ... Set a season-best in the 1,500 meters when he clocked a 4:04.06 at the Arkansas Twilight meet ... Competed at the Stanford Invitational, running the 5,000 meters in 14:47.23.
2008 Indoors: Competed in both the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships, placing 18th in the 3,000 meters with a personal-best time of 8:24.04 and finishing 12th in the 5,000 meters with a personal-best time of 14:37.41 ...
