2013 Outdoors: Ran in three events, finishing in the top 15 each time--most notably a ninth-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Arkansas Team Invite (4:01.66).
2013 Indoors: Recorded the first All-Big 12 honor of his career by placing eighth in the 1,000 meters at the conference meet in 2:28.59 ... Ran a personal-best 4:08.65 mile at the Tyson Invitational.
2012 Cross Country: Did not compete for Oklahoma State, but did participate at the U.S. Junior National Cross Country Championships in Forest Park, Ill., taking 61st in the race with a 27:40.7.
High School: Attended Riverside HS in Auburn, Wash., where he was coached by Bill Sumner ... Two-time all-state selection in both cross country and track and field, earning that recognition in both his junior and senior years ... First-team all-region as a junior and senior.
