Appeared at the DeLoss Dodds Invitational in the 3,000 Meters, placing seventh overall.
2023 Cross Country
Competed at the Cowboy Preview and Cowboy Jamboree, clocking personal-best times of 16:23.3 and 27:05.0 in the 5K and 8K, respectively.
2023 Outdoors
Competed at the Arkansas Twilight, finishing ninth overall in the 3,000 Meters.
2022 Indoors
Appeared at four meets during his freshman indoor season… Earned a third-place finish in his first meet at the Wooo Pig Classic, clocking a time of 4:13.52 in the Mile… Followed with another top-5 finish in the 3,000 Meters at the Razorback Invitational, scoring fourth overall with a personal-best time of 8:07.49… Also competed at the Husky Classic and Big 12 Indoor Championships.
2021 Cross Country
Competed unattached at the Cowboy Jamboree, finishing 69th overall with an 8K time of 25:33.2.
High School
Attended Mustang High School in Mustang, Oklahoma… lettered all four years in Cross Country… Broke the state record for Oklahoma in the two-mile with a time of 8:56.07… Was a three-time 6A State Champion, two-time Conference Champion, and Conference Runner of the Year two times… Two-time Gatorade Cross Country Runner of the Year… Qualified for the Pan-American Cross-Country Team and made the Wings of America USATF Cross Country National Championship Team.
