Cowboy Indoor Track & Field Completes Final Day of DeLoss Dodds Invitational

MANHATTAN, Kan. – Oklahoma State men's and women's indoor teams concluded the final day of the DeLoss Dodds Invitational Saturday in Manhattan, Kan.
Setting the standard high, Saara Hakanen proved herself yet again in High Jump as she broke her own school record for the second time this season with her jump of 1.80 meters. In the same event Kileigh Mixon also had success with her jump of 1.70 meters as she claims a new personal best and is tied for seventh in school history.
On the men's side, freshman Kade Benjamin cleared 2.05 meters for the first time in his career, which moves him up to eighth on the program's all-time leaderboard.
Over on the track, Grace Ping set a new personal best in the 3,000 Meter with her time of 9:48.80 earning second place overall.
OSU returns to the track next weekend at the Eagle Elite Invitational at the state-of-the-art the TRACK at New Balance in Boston.
