Cowboys Head To Augusta For Haskins Award Invite

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Oklahoma State's men's golf team will be back in action this weekend when it takes part in the Augusta Haskins Award Invitational at Forest Hills Golf Club.
The Cowboys are coming off a fourth-place showing earlier this month at the N.I.T. in Arizona.
OSU will be one of 15 teams in action this weekend at the par-72, 7,086-yard layout. The event will begin with an 8:30 a.m. (EST) shotgun start on Saturday with continuous play being used for the 36 holes of competition. Sunday's final round will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Head coach Alan Bratton's squad posted a 24-under total of 840 last year to finish as the event's runner-up.
The Pokes have captured the team title on two occasions at the event, emerging victorious in 2011 and 2021. Kevin Tway captured medalist honors in 2011.
This week's lineup will consist of fifth years Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen and Leo Oyo, senior Hazen Newman and juniors Jonas Baumgartner and Bo Jin. Senior Dillon Stewart will compete individually. OSU will be grouped with Texas and Illinois.
