HOCKLEY, Texas – Oklahoma State's men's golf team posted a fourth-place finish at the Big 12 Match Play Tournament on Wednesday at Houston Oaks.

The Cowboys opened the day with a 6-0 setback against Oklahoma, sending OSU into the third-place match at the par-71, 7,007-yard layout. The third-seeded Cowboys fell, 4-1-1, against TCU in their final matchup of the event.

TCU's Chris Berzina took down senior Hazen Newman, 6 and 5, in the opening match before Brandon Massey delivered a 4-and-3 win over junior Bo Jin.

Senior Dillon Stewart got the Cowboys on the board with a 5-and-3 win over Ethan Dial in the third match out.

Brent Hamm's 3-and-1 win over freshman John Wild and Jacob Skov Olesen's 2-and-1 triumph over junior Jonas Baumgartner wrapped up the match for the Horned Frogs.

Fifth year Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen tied Gustav Frimodt in the anchor match.
