Information For NCAA Lubbock Super Regional Pitting Cowboy Baseball Against Texas Tech

STILLWATER – Oklahoma State will travel to west Texas to take on conference foe Texas Tech in the NCAA Lubbock Super Regional beginning Friday.

The best-of-three series opens Friday at 2 p.m., with Saturday's second game set for 5 p.m. Sunday's if-necessary game is also scheduled for 5 p.m.

The Cowboys advanced to the fifth Super Regional in program history by winning the NCAA Oklahoma City Regional as top-seeded OSU knocked off No. 2 seed UConn in the Regional finals.

OSU, the NCAA Championship's No. 9 seed, is 39-19 on the season and dropped all three games of its series at Texas Tech during the regular season. The Cowboys are seeking the 21^st College World Series appearance in program history.

The NCAA tourney's No. 8 seed, Texas Tech won the NCAA Lubbock Regional and is 42-17 on the season. The Red Raiders advanced to the CWS in 2014, 2016 and 2018.
