Shitsama, Cowboy DMR Make Season Debuts

SOUTH BEND, Indiana—The Oklahoma State men's distance medley relay and Victor Shitsama made their season debuts for the Cowboys' track and field team at the Alex Wilson Invitational.
The men's DMR team opened the day with a fifth-place finish. They completed the race with a time of 9:33.93. Isaiah Priddey, Ashton Hicks, Juan Diego Castro and Isai Rodriguez comprised the relay squad for the Cowboys.
Victor Shitsama made his OSU debut. The freshman came into the program last month. He ran in the men's 3,000 meters and crossed the line in 8:17.55. His time was good enough for a sixth-place finish.
Both the men's and women's track and field team return to action Friday at the Big 12 Indoor Championships in Lubbock, Texas.
