OSU Track & Field Announces Indoor Schedule for 2019-20 Season

STILLWATER - Oklahoma State track and field will kick off indoor action on December 6 with a trip to Lawrence, Kansas, to begin a challenging season slate at the Bob Timmons Invitational.

The schedule features 11 meets leading up to the Big 12 Indoor Championship, which will be held in Ames, Iowa beginning on February 28.

After opening up competition in December, the Cowboys and Cowgirls have a little over a month to prepare for three meets in January. January's slate includes two trips to Fayetteville, Arkansas on January 17 and 31, as well as a trip to Lubbock, Texas on January 24-25 for the Red Raider Invitational.

The Cowboys and Cowgirls cruise into a busy February with a trip to Boston, Massachusetts on February 1. The next week, the Pokes return to Oklahoma with a trip to Norman for the J.D. Martin Invitational.

A trio of Valentine's Day weekend meets will see the Cowboys and Cowgirls in action in three different states at the Texas Tech Shootout, Husky Classic and Don Kirby Invite. The following weekend, the Pokes will make their third trip to Fayetteville, Arkansas, for the Arkansas Qualifier and cap off the regular season schedule in Southbend, Indiana, at the Alex Wilson Invitational.

OSU will close out February with a trip to the Big 12 Indoor Championships in Ames, Iowa, where the Cowboys hope to improve upon a fourth-place finish and the Cowgirls upon a fifth-place finish.

The NCAA Indoor Championships will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, beginning March 13.
