New Location for Ticket Office

STILLWATER - In an effort to provide higher quality service for fans, the Oklahoma State Athletics ticket team is moving from Gallagher-Iba Arena to the brick hut and house on the northeast corner of Duck Street and Hall of Fame Avenue. The move will be complete on Tuesday, Nov. 19.

The smaller brick hut will be open for fans to walk in each weekday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The OSU ticket office phone line – 877-ALL-4-OSU – will also be open from 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Intended benefits to fans include:

A conveniently located one-stop shop for all OSU Athletics ticket questions and requests.
More available non-ticketed parking spaces.
Matching phone and walk-in hours.
Higher quality service, as all OSU Athletics ticket operations and sales staff members will be in the same location.

The ticket windows at Gallagher-Iba Arena will continue to be used for events hosted in the arena. The former ticket office lobby will be closed during business hours and on game days, but the OSU Athletics ticket staff will have tables set up in the east lobby of Gallagher-Iba Arena during game days to provide ticket-related service for fans who have already entered the arena.
