Cowboys In Top 10 For Third-Straight Week

OSU checks in at No. 9 and is ranked in six different polls
STILLWATER, Okla. -- For the third consecutive week, Oklahoma State baseball is ranked in the top 10 nationally.
The Cowboys went 2-2 last week, including a series win over Baylor, and moved up to No. 9 in the Collegiate Baseball poll. OSU has now been ranked in the top 10 seven weeks in 2015.
OSU is also ranked in five other polls this week, including:
· No. 15 by D1Baseball.com and the NCBWA and in the USA Today Coaches Poll
· No. 17 by Baseball America and Perfect Game
Dating back to 2013, OSU has been nationally ranked for 43 consecutive weeks. The Cowboys were ranked as high as No. 5 (by Collegiate Baseball) in the 2015 preseason polls.
OSU is one of four Big 12 Conference teams, along with TCU, Oklahoma and Texas Tech, in the national rankings this week, and is the second-highest ranked of those teams behind the Horned Frogs.
Coach Josh Holliday's Cowboys are 26-13 overall entering tonight's contest against No. 15 Dallas Baptist at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium. OSU is also tied atop the Big 12 Conference standings with a 10-5 mark and will travel to Lubbock this weekend to take on Texas Tech.
