STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State has partnered with IOMEDIA to introduce the Virtual VenueTM, which will allow fans to view, select and interact online with the 13,611 seat Gallagher-Iba Arena, just in time for the upcoming basketball season.
OSU, the first Big 12 member to work with IOMEDIA, plans to incorporate the Virtual VenueTM for Boone Pickens Stadium later this year. This will make the Cowboys the only sports organization to have Virtual Venues for both football and basketball.
The Boone Pickens Stadium Virtual Venue introduces a first-time interactive concept that allows potential suite holders to choose from five different designs to virtually customize their suite.
Fans of both OSU basketball and football teams will be able to upgrade their seats through the integrated Ticketmaster Virtual VenueTM product by next summer.
The Virtual VenueTM digital platform is the most accurate and engaging online experience for customer engagement and fan interaction. Virtual VenueTM technology provides state-of-the-art interactive technology with immersive 3D views. The platform is designed openly to integrate with online or offline marketing and promotional campaigns, social media, ad serving technology, sponsorship opportunities, ticketing systems, and season ticket relocation.
IOMEDIA exclusively integrates the Virtual Venue's consumer friendly visual front-end with Ticketmaster's sophisticated ticketing management back-end. This provides an industry-first solution that benefits both fans and ownership with a seamless ticketing experience. The Virtual VenueTM technology is always evolving with new features and is exclusively developed and provided by IOMEDIA, Inc. as a next generation online destination for consumers everywhere.
