Oklahoma State closes out the regular season with five games this week, the first two of which will be midweek contests against Arkansas-Pine Bluff Tuesday and Wednesday at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium. The Cowboys are 28-23 on the season, which includes a 22-10 record on their home field.
OSU is 19-0 all time against Arkansas-Pine Bluff, which includes three wins last season in Stillwater in which the Cowboys outscored the Golden Lions by a 24-4 margin
OSU head coach Frank Anderson is in his seventh season at the helm of the Cowboys and has led the club to 261 wins in his career. The Pokes are coming off a season in which they finished 34-24 and advanced to the finals of the NCAA Clemson Regional. With that showing, OSU became the only Big 12 Conference team to advance to a Regional championship round each of the last four seasons.
OSU sports a .306 team batting average, with four of the Cowboy regulars in the starting lineup hitting .300 or better, and the pitching staff has a collective 5.56 ERA.
About Arkansas-Pine Bluff
The Golden Lions are 18-30 on the season, which includes a 6-18 mark in road games. UAPB is hitting .292 as a team, while its pitching staff has a 9.02 ERA.
Up Next For The Cowboys
OSU closes out the regular season with a trip to Waco, Texas to take on Baylor. The Cowboys must sweep the three-game series in Waco to advance to the eight-team Big 12 Baseball Championship next week in Oklahoma City.

Allie P. Reynolds Stadium has been home to Oklahoma State baseball since 1981, and in those 29 seasons the Cowboys have been nearly unbeatable on their home field.
OSU is 762-169 (.818) all-time at Reynolds Stadium and has lost more than two consecutive games on their home turf only twice (six in a row in May 2007; three straight in 2010).
The Cowboys are 22-10 at home in 2010.
Hot Hitters
Oklahoma State sports a .311 team batting average. The Cowboys are second in the Big 12 in doubles with 121 and third in sacrifice flies with 28.
Junior Davis Duren leads OSU with a .377 batting average, which includes a .362 clip in conference play. His average also ranks sixth in the Big 12. The second baseman and leadoff hitter leads the Cowboys with 54 RBIs (T-5th in Big 12) and 83 hits (3rd in Big 12).
Freshman Dane Phillips ranks second on the Cowboys with a .343 batting average and has hit safely in 35 of the 50 games in which he's played, including turning in a 15-game hitting streak. He is third on the Cowboys with 17 multi-hit games.
JUCO transfer Luis Uribe is hitting .340 and is 9-for-25 (.360) with three homers and six RBIs in OSU's last seven games.
Sophomore third baseman Mark Ginther is hitting .311 and ranks in the top 10 in the Big 12 in homers (10), RBIs (51) and total bases (114).
Catch Them If You Can
OSU ranks third in the Big 12 this season with 79 stolen bases, a number which long ago surpassed its total from '09 (45) and is the most for the Cowboys since 2002 (90).
Davis Duren and Dusty Harvard both rank among the top 10 in the league in steals, and four different Cowboys have reached double figures in thefts.
The Cowboys could become the first OSU team to top 100 steals since the 1999 team had 117. OSU's highest stolen base total since '99 is 90, which came in 2002.
From 1981-94, OSU topped the century mark in steals 11 times, including a school-record 190 thefts in 1985.
Short Hops
• The Cowboys have committed just 40 errors this season and sport a .979 fielding percentage, which leads the Big 12 and ranks second nationally. OSU set a school record with a .976 fielding percentage in 2009.
• OSU's eight-game winning streak in March was its longest since the Cowboys won 12 in a row during the 2008 season.
• Frank Anderson ranks fourth on OSU's all-time coaching wins list with 261. He is 20 wins shy of third-place Tom Holiday's 281.
