Cowboy Baseball Moves Into National Rankings

STILLWATER, Okla. — Following a four-game sweep of Gonzaga in its season opening series, Oklahoma State has moved into the national rankings of three collegiate baseball polls.
The Cowboys, who outscored Gonzaga 31-7 in the series and outhit the Bulldogs by a 41-18 margin, are ranked 21st by Baseball America and 24th by the NCBWA and entered the Collegiate Baseball rankings at No. 25.
Coach Frank Anderson's ballclub returns to action this week in Tampa, Fla. The Cowboys will face host South Florida on Thursday and Sunday and battle Northwestern on Friday and Saturday.
