HIGH SCHOOL: Was a three-year letterman at third base and shortstop at Kentlake High School ... batted over .400 in each of his three varsity seasons ... totalled 14 homers and 75 RBIs during that span ... won world championships with a 15-year old CABA team and the 16-year old USA Baseball team .... earned all-league and all-state honors.
