Cowboy Golf Adds One During Spring Signing Period

The Wandi, Western Australia native brings with him an impressive list of credentials compiled on the junior circuit. A member of the Western Australia State Junior Team the past two seasons, he was named the Kwinana Youth of the Year and the Junior Sportsperson of the Year in 2005.
That same year, Jager was named the WAGA Junior Golfer of the Year and was a member of the Australian Schoolboys Team. He finished fifth on the 2005 Australian Junior Order of Merit and was winner of the Stephen Leaney stroke average award with his 73.05 average as well.
Jager also posted four tournament wins in 2006, including victories at the South Australian Junior Masters and the Victorian Junior Masters.
He joins fall signee Chris Ward of McKinney, Texas in the Cowboys' current recruiting class and will be eligible to compete during the 2006-07 campaign.
