The Aggies captured the series and improved to 28-20-1 overall and 8-13 in league play, while the Cowboys dropped to 30-18 overall and 10-11 in conference.
Freshman Chance Corgan (4-2) allowed just one run on five hits in six innings of work to pick up the win while Kevin Whelan pitched a perfect final 2.1 innings to pick up his second save of the weekend and third of the year.
Cowboy hurler (3-4) was the tough luck loser, allowing three runs on 10 hits in eight innings of work. He struck out seven, walked three and tossed the Cowboys third complete game of the weekend.
A&M jumped out to a 1-0 first inning lead when Cliff Pennington roped a triple to left center and scored on an infield groundout by Brandon Glover.
tied the game in the sixth on a solo homer to left, his seventh of the year.
The Ags jumped back on top in the bottom of the sixth on a pair of RBI singles by Coby Mavroulis and Brandon Glover.
led OSU with two hits, while Cliff Pennington led A&M with three hits on the day.
