2004: Played in 60 games with 56 starts, all at second base ... finished fifth on the team in hitting with a .315 average ... had 24 multi-hit games ... had a career best four hits against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (3/21) ... had a career high three RBIs against Louisiana Tech (3/12) ... went 2-for-3 against Texas-Arlington ... went 2-for-4 with two RBIs against top ranked Texas ... went 3-for-8 with two RBIs in two games against Southeast Missouri State ... went 4-for-13 with two runs scored in a three game series against Texas A&M ... went 2-for-5 with two RBIs against Baylor (4/11) ... went 5-for-16 with two RBIs in three games against Kansas ... went 5-for-14, including a double and knocked in three runs in a three game series against Kansas State ... was 2-for-13 against OU ... was 5-for-13 with three runs scored against Nebraska ... was 3-for-12 with two doubles and three runs scored vs. Texas Tech ... went 5-for-9 with a double and four runs scored against Western Illinois ... hit .238 (5-21) in the Big 12 Tournament with three RBIs and was named to the all-tourney team ... was 4-for-13 with two doubles and four RBIs in the NCAA tournament ... had a three-run double with two outs in the ninth to tie the contest against UCF (6/5).

PERSONAL: A health promotion major ... son of Tracy and Susan Reed and Mark and Renae Ryal ...born March 16, 1983 ... has one brother, Rhett, and two sisters Kacie and Karlie ... father played 14 seasons in professional baseball ... his career goal is to be a Division I baseball coach ... chose OSU because of the level of competition in the Big 12 and because his friends and family are now more able to watch him play.
