Stillwater, Okla. - The Oklahoma State's men's indoor track team will travel to Lawrence, Kan., Saturday to compete in the Jayhawk Invitational.
The Pokes have run for a pair of fourth-place finishes this season, at the KSU Invitational on January 11 and the Wildcat Invitational on January 17.
Individually, Jason Woolhouse has won three races this season. He won the mile run at both events, and the 3,000-meter run at the Wildcat Invitational. Kenny Jones is the only other individual winner for the Pokes this season posting the victory in the 400-meter dash at the KSU Invitational.
The Cowboys have been dominant as a team thus far in distance events, placing at least four runners in the top 10 in the mile run and 3,000-meter run in both events. Their best showing this season came at the KSU Invitational where they placed six runners in the top 10 in the mile run.
The Pokes will have a weekend off before hitting the road again for the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark. on Feb. 14 and 15.
