Cowboy Track Takes Fourth at KSU Invitational

Stillwater, Okla. - Oklahoma State's men's track team opened the season Saturday at the Kansas State University Invitational.
Two Cowboys recorded individual race victories. Kinnith Jones won the 400 meter dash with a time of 50.26, and Jason Woolhouse crossed the line first in the mile run.
The Pokes also ran strongly as a team in several races. In the mile run, OSU placed six runners in the top 10, including Woolhouse, Chris McWatters, Ben Sigle, Scott Rantall, Matt Thomson, and J.R. Lake.
Andy Rihn, Cassidy Smith, and Woolhouse each finished in the top eight in the 1000 meter run, and the Cowboys placed four more runners on the top 10 of the 3000 meter run.
Justin Nobles also placed second in the 600 yard run, covering the distance in a time of 1:13.41.
The Pokes will travel to Manhattan again on January 17 to compete in the Wildcat Invitational.
