Loryn Goodwin Picks Up Two Weekly Honors

STILLWATER, Okla. – Oklahoma State's Loryn Goodwin picked up a pair of weekly honors from College Sports Madness, earning its National and Big 12 Player of the Week recognition following the Cowgirls' two wins last week.
For the week, she averaged 25.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 3.0 steals per outing.
In OSU's 108-71 win over USC Upstate, Goodwin logged game highs with 23 points, six assists and four steals. She also grabbed seven rebounds and had zero turnovers in 32 minutes of action. Additionally, she hit 10 of her 16 shots from the floor.
Her zero turnovers were part of OSU's school record for fewest turnovers in a game (4).
Against Louisiana-Monroe, a 112-58 victory, Goodwin had game highs with 27 points, seven rebounds and eight assists in just 24 minutes. The Cypress, Texas native also had two steals and hit 10 of her 15 shots from the floor. Goodwin connected on all three of her 3-point attempts and all four of her free-throw attempts.
Goodwin and the Cowgirls will be back in action on Dec. 28 when it they travel to Lubbock, Texas to face Texas Tech at 6:30 p.m.
