Cowboy Basketball To Play In 2018 AdvoCare Invitational In Orlando

STILLWATER โ Oklahoma State head basketball coach Mike Boynton has announced that the Cowboys have joined the field of the 2018 AdvoCare Invitational, which will take place Nov. 22-25 at the HP Field House in the ESPN Wide World of Sports near Orlando, Fla.
OSU joins Charleston, Florida State, LSU, Memphis, UAB and Villanova in the AdvoCare Invitational field. An eighth team will be announced at a later date.
This will be Oklahoma State's third appearance in the AdvoCare Invitational. The Cowboys finished second in 2013, and also participated in 2008.
Currently in its 12th year, previous winners of the AdvoCare Invitational include Gonzaga (2016, 2012, 2008), Xavier (2015), Kansas (2014), Memphis (2013), Dayton (2011), Notre Dame (2010), Florida State (2009), NC State (2007) and Arkansas (2006).
The family-friendly tournament is a weekend-long affair at the Walt Disney World Resort, where participating teams practice, play and enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks.
