Individual Quick Hitters
• Anthony Allen blocked a career-high six shots against Towson, which is tied for the 11th most ever by a Cowboy. The last OSU player to have more than six blocks in a game was Andre Williams, who had seven against Kansas State on Jan. 5, 2003. The school record for blocks in a game is Joe Atkinson with 10 at New Orleans on Jan. 5, 1985.
• Jeffrey Carroll notched a career-high 17 points in the win over Towson, which tops his previous high of 15 against Northwestern Oklahoma in 2014.
• Tyree Griffin posted a career-best seven rebounds to top his previous high of five set against UT Martin in the season opener.
• Chris Olivier tallied 13 first-half points, and finished with a season-high 18. The senior entered the game 11-of-16 (.688) shooting on the year, and was 6-of-11 against the Tigers. Olivier has scored at least 13 points in all three games this season, and is averaging 15.0 points and 5.0 boards per game this year.
• Joe Burton has posted back-to-back career high scoring games. He had 6 points against UAPB and 9 versus Towson.
• Jawun Evans earned the first start of his young career, and tallied five rebounds and four assists to go with two points.
• Phil Forte suffered an arm injury in the first half, but did return in the second half. His availability for Friday's game is still up in the air.
Team Notes
• OSU is off to a 3-0 start for the seventh straight season. The Cowboys have gotten out to 4-0 starts in each of the last three seasons, and in six of the last seven.
• OSU committed just a single turnover in the first half, and ended the day with just seven turnovers. That's twice this year OSU has had seven or less turnovers. The Cowboys turned the ball over just five times in their opener against UT Martin.
• OSU is 59-3 in its last 60 games when holding its opponents under 60 points.
• OSU has led at the half of all three games this season and has won all three.
• The Cowboys held the Tigers scoreless for the first 5:35 of the game and committed just one turnover in the first half.
• OSU has made a 3-pointer in 487 consecutive games dating back to Jan. 13, 2001.
• Travis Ford is now 146-91 at Oklahoma State, and 336-237 overall as a head coach (19th season).
• Today marked the program's first meeting with Towson, but the Cowboys are now 5-1 all-time against current members of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).
• As a program, OSU is now 1,597-1,110 all-time (107th season).
Next Up
• The Cowboys will play George Mason in the semifinals of the Charleston Classic on Friday at noon Central on ESPNU. The Cowboys have a record of 26-13 on ESPNU in the Travis Ford era. As always, the Cowboy Radio Network will have the call.

• This will be the first meeting on the hardwood between George Mason and Oklahoma State, but the Cowboys do has some history with the current members of the A10 Conference. OSU is 29-11 against the A10 thanks to an old Missouri Valley Conference rivalry with St. Louis.
